What You’ll Be Doing
- Finding the best talent – Sourcing, screening, and matching Norwegian-speaking candidates with exciting opportunities.
- Building relationships – Getting to know both clients and candidates to truly understand their needs.
- Driving business growth – Identifying new clients and business opportunities within the Norwegian energy sector.
- Managing the full recruitment process – From initial contact to interview coordination and offer negotiation.
- Collaborating with our UK team – Learning from experienced recruiters and helping to establish Applica’s footprint in Norway.
- Shaping the future – With the potential to lead recruitment efforts in Norway, this role offers serious career progression.
