The Role
As Hotel Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in ensuring every visitor receives a warm welcome and outstanding service throughout their stay. This is a varied position that combines reception duties with guest service responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and manage check‑ins and check‑outs professionally and efficiently
- Handle guest enquiries, requests, and complaints with confidence and care
- Manage reservations, room allocations, and booking amendments
- Coordinate restaurant, leisure, corporate, and event bookings with internal teams
- Provide information about facilities, services, and local attractions
- Answer telephone calls, take messages, and direct enquiries appropriately
- Maintain a professional and organised reception area
- Support administrative tasks as required
- Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure an excellent guest experience
- Assist within the hotel lounge and bar, including serving coffees, food, and beverages
What We're Looking For

Experience

Working Hours
This role requires flexibility, including evenings and public holidays. You will be joining a close‑knit team where everyone works together to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
