We are looking for experienced Residential Childcare Workers who are ready to step into a Team Leader position. As a valued member of our team, you will assist the Home Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the home, implementing policies and procedures, maintaining records, and fostering the growth and development of junior staff. By upholding our company's core values and beliefs, you will play a crucial role in promoting the well-being and positive outcomes for every young person in our care.
Working hours: 35 hours per week (8am to 11pm); Shift Pattern: 1 on 2 off rolling shift pattern.
Additional pay: Sleep in rate - £65 per sleep. Overtime paid at £1 extra.
