The Role: We are seeking an experienced Canteen Manager with a minimum of 5 years’ experience to oversee our busy onsite canteen located at our Recycling Park facility in Preston. This is an exciting opportunity to join us in a period of significant change and be part of the next chapter in this well-established Recycling Business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To oversee day to day operations of the canteen
  • Ordering and rotation of food stock
  • Preparing a range of hot and cold food and drinks
  • Serving customers
  • Taking payments and cashing up
  • Taking food and drink orders
  • Assisting with all aspects of food and drink service
  • Maintaining a safe and clean working environment
  • Complying with Food Safety legislation
  • Ensuring food products are attractively displayed, presented and correctly priced
