The Role: We are seeking an experienced Canteen Manager with a minimum of 5 years’ experience to oversee our busy onsite canteen located at our Recycling Park facility in Preston. This is an exciting opportunity to join us in a period of significant change and be part of the next chapter in this well-established Recycling Business.
Key Responsibilities:
- To oversee day to day operations of the canteen
- Ordering and rotation of food stock
- Preparing a range of hot and cold food and drinks
- Serving customers
- Taking payments and cashing up
- Taking food and drink orders
- Assisting with all aspects of food and drink service
- Maintaining a safe and clean working environment
- Complying with Food Safety legislation
- Ensuring food products are attractively displayed, presented and correctly priced
