We are seeking a skilled Powder Coat Sprayer to join our manufacturing team in South Bank, Middlesbrough on our new state of the art powder coating line. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality finishes on a variety of products, contributing to our commitment to excellence in production. This permanent, full-time position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and craftsmanship are paramount.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.
- Operate powder coating equipment to apply coatings evenly and efficiently.
- Monitor the coating process to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on powder coating equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct inspections of finished products to identify any defects or inconsistencies.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, specifically in powder coating.
