Hours Per Week: Full time, Days & Nights available

Hours of work: 07:00-20:00 or 08:00-23:00 (to include working alternate weekends).

Full UK driving licence required.

About the role

We have a family looking for special people to join a growing team working with a young non‑verbal adult, for daily outings in the community and to provide educational activities in his purpose‑built cabin at home. Flexible, full‑or‑part‑time hours are offered to fit in with family life and support with personal care is required. All staff are supported to implement a holistic programme based on ABA principles through onsite training with visiting consultants, in addition to our regular training. The family encourage staff to incorporate their own interests into this programme. The family are looking for active, self‑motivated, adaptable people who are kind, caring and fun.
