The Role
The Partnerships Executive is responsible for driving commercial growth and strengthening Morgan Motor Company’s brand value through strategic partnerships and collaborations. The role will identify, develop and manage relationships with brands, organisations and commercial partners that align with Morgan’s values and positioning. Through these relationships, the Partnerships Executive will broaden audience reach, enhance customer engagement and create meaningful commercial opportunities that deliver long‑term value for the business and the brand. Working collaboratively across departments, the role will ensure all partnerships are strategically aligned, commercially effective and delivered to the highest standard. As part of a small and collaborative team, all colleagues are expected to support the wider Experience function and contribute flexibly to the day‑to‑day operation of the department. This may include assisting with general administrative duties such as answering telephone calls, making new bookings, greeting customers and visitors, handling general enquiries, and responding to communications via email and other channels as required.

- Identify, develop and secure strategic brand partnerships that enhance Morgan’s visibility, customer engagement and commercial performance.
- Proactively source new partnership opportunities that align with Morgan’s brand values and long‑term strategic objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring partnerships continue to deliver value and opportunities for growth.
- Lead regular partnership reviews to assess performance, opportunities and future potential.
- Commercial Delivery
- Negotiate partnership agreements, sponsorship packages and commercial terms to ensure strong return on investment and alignment with Morgan’s commercial objectives.
- Build and manage budgets across all partnership agreements and activations, ensuring profitability is maintained.
