Grass Hoppers is all about creating unforgettable experiences for families — and as our Manager, you’ll be at the heart of making that happen. You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading the day-to-day operation of Grass Hoppers
- Driving sales, performance and efficiency across the site
- Creating an engaged, motivated, high-performing team
- Planning ahead for seasonal demand, school holidays & events
- Delivering an outstanding, safe and fun experience for every customer
- Handling escalated customer queries and ensuring great outcomes
You’ll work closely with the wider business to bring the Grass Hoppers vision to life, ensuring it runs smoothly, commercially and brilliantly every single day.
