Do you love Christmas? Enjoy making people smile? Are you confident using technology and looking for a festive role that's a little different?
If so, we'd love to hear from you!
We're looking for enthusiastic, friendly people to join our Christmas Team at Otley Garden Centre as VR Assistants and help deliver an unforgettable festive experience for our visitors.
This year, guests will be able to enjoy a magical virtual reality adventure, taking them on a festive journey alongside Santa. As a VR Assistant, you'll help create the excitement, support guests throughout their experience, and ensure the attraction operates safely and smoothly.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is comfortable using technology, and wants to be part of a unique attraction during our busiest and most magical season.
No previous VR experience is required. We'll provide full training and a simple operating guide, so you'll feel confident running the attraction and dealing with any basic issues that may arise.
As a VR Assistant, you'll play a key role in delivering a memorable experience for every guest who visits.
- Welcome families and introduce them to the VR experience
- Help guests get settled and ready for their festive adventure
- Operate the attraction, including safely starting and stopping each ride
- Monitor sessions to ensure the experience runs smoothly and on time
- Follow simple operating procedures and guidance to keep the attraction running efficiently
- Assist guests with any questions and help them feel comfortable throughout their visit
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment
- Help create magical memories and spread plenty of Christmas cheer
