We are thrilled to offer a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join our JP Rentals team at our Edinburgh Depot.

Under the guidance of the Depot/Rentals Manager, you will receive hands on experience, training, and support to work towards achieving a

Modern Apprenticeship (SCQF Level 6) in Business & Administration.

This 12 month apprenticeship is designed to provide vital administrative support to our Rentals Hire Desk while allowing you to develop essential skills in hire processes, administration, and customer service.

Throughout the apprenticeship, you will gain valuable experience contributing to the smooth running of the Depot's daily operations, while building your expertise in business and customer service.

Key learning and job tasks include

  • You will develop the skills to confidently manage customer queries
  • Learn how to prioritise communications based on urgency and escalating when necessary
