Responsibilities
- Drive retail sales by confidently selling nail care products tailored to each client’s needs during treatments.
- Deliver signature luxury manicures, pedicures, and extended services including Gel Extensions and Nail Art from our curated lookbook.
- Provide an exceptional luxury experience and infuse passion into every treatment.
- Assist in salon upkeep, maintaining a clean & tidy workstation and stocking supplies.
- Demonstrate highest level of customer service at all times.
- Stay informed on current nail trends and techniques.
- Educate clients on proper nail care practices and recommend suitable products.
Requirements and Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy / Nail Technology or an equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience as a Nail Technician or equivalent role.
- Weekend availability required.
