We are Sosandar, one of the UK’s fastest growing online fashion brands for chic and stylish women; worn by celebs and influencers galore. What you’ll be doing:
- Deputising for the Store Manager, opening & closing and also running the store effectively in their absence.
- Working predominantly on the shop floor, you’ll be a brand ambassador of Sosandar, taking pride in setting and driving an exceptional customer experience.
- Taking the lead on personal styling and building customer relationships.
- Fostering an environment of passion, enthusiasm and knowledge of the brand demonstrating in depth product knowledge.
- Ensuring exceptional standards of presentation throughout the store at all times.
- Visual merchandising to showcase the Sosandar brand and drive performance.
- Delivering sales & KPI’s in store through the team.
- Demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of Sosandar’s brand, product and customer – driving passion for other store team members and our customers.
- Acting as an escalation point for any customer queries or team concerns quickly and effectively, leaving them with a positive experience.
- Delegating tasks to team members.
- Processing deliveries in an accurate and timely manner.
- Ensuring all policies and procedures are followed and adhered to.
