About the role: The Channel Account Director will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our IT infrastructure solutions across the UK. This position is essential for establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships with channel partners, ensuring alignment with our business objectives, and enhancing our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT infrastructure sales and channel management, demonstrating the ability to lead teams and deliver exceptional results.

  • Activate partners so TPS is the first call when infrastructure work lands.
  • Develop and implement channel strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Recruit new partners that open net new opportunity.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional strategies and support materials for partners.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare and present reports on channel performance and growth initiatives to senior management.

About you: 5+ years in channel sales, partner management or business development across technology infrastructure, connectivity or managed services. A proven track record of growing channel revenue and building partner relationships. An active, senior network across UK MSPs, VARs, resellers and integrators you can convert from day one. Built partner enablement, joint business plans and account plans that delivered results. Carried a revenue number and delivered against it. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Relationship first, commercially sharp, high energy and proactive. Independent and self motivated. You hold yourself accountable. Ambitious. Here to build something significant and earn well doing it. Highly desirable: Wi Fi, LAN, structured cabling or private cellular experience, existing relationships in our partner ecosystem, and an understanding of recurring revenue models.
