We are seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive growth across the South East of England primarily focused on our kitchen range. This is a field-based position focused on building strong relationships, developing existing accounts, and identifying new business opportunities within a well established and high potential territory. You will spend the majority of your time on the road, working closely with customers and positioning Woodstock as a trusted, long-term partner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow an established portfolio of distributor accounts.
  • Identify, target, and win new business opportunities within your territory.
  • Conduct regular face-to-face customer visits (typically four days per week).
  • Promote our full range of premium kitchen furniture and associated products.
  • Build strong, lasting customer relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless and high-quality customer experience.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while contributing to the wider commercial strategy.

About You

  • Proven success in a field-based sales role, with strong commercial awareness.
  • Results-driven, resilient, and motivated by achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised, self-sufficient, and effective at managing your own time and territory.
  • A collaborative team player who works well across functions.
  • Experience within kitchens, KBB, furniture, or a related sector is highly desirable.
