Würth UK is looking for ambitious, target-hungry Telesales Consultants to join our fast-paced, high-performing team in Erith, Kent.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a competitive sales environment, enjoys smashing targets, and wants to be rewarded for performance.

You’ll take control of a warm, established customer base and be trusted to maximise every sales opportunity, upselling, cross-selling, and reactivating accounts to drive revenue growth.

  • Deliver high-volume outbound sales activity
  • Maximise revenue from an existing customer portfolio (no cold calling!)
  • Drive new product sales on every call to grow basket value
