Position: Senior Account & Project Manager (Brand Experience)
Employment: Full Time | 42.5 hours per week | Hybrid (1 Day Remote)

Purpose of Role
The Senior Account & Project Manager is responsible for supporting the Account Director with the day‑to‑day running of the account as well as end‑to‑end delivery of projects, combining high‑level account oversight with precise logistical and production management. As we expand the account there will be times the account director is unavailable or out of the country. You will act as deputy to the Account Director, taking ownership of the account during periods of absence.
This role demands both creative and strategic thinking and operational rigor to ensure projects are conceptually strong, technically feasible, commercially viable and flawlessly executed. They will act as the central point of ownership across all phases of a project – pitching, pre‑production, delivery, and wrap – working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to uphold Creation’s standards. You will act as a trusted second‑in‑command to the Account Director, capable of stepping in to lead the account, team and client relationships as required, ensuring continuity, stability, and high standards of delivery at all times.
What you will be responsible for
- Deputising & Account Leadership – Act as deputy to the Account Director, taking ownership of the account during periods of absence
- Project Ownership & Delivery – Lead the full lifecycle of projects from initial concept through to on‑site delivery and debrief
- Creative Production & Concepting – Collaborate with internal creative and design teams to develop and execute ideas that meet client objectives
- Client & Stakeholder Management – Act as senior client lead when required, managing relationships across all levels. Build strong, trusted client relationships
- Commercial & Budget Management – Own project budgets from proposal through to reconciliation. Ensuring all budget documents are kept updated
- Team Leadership & Internal Collaboration – Provide clear day‑to‑day leadership and direction to the account team delivering projects
- Event & On‑Site Leadership – Act as senior on‑site lead when required, maintaining full accountability for delivery
What we are looking for
An experienced producer with strong strategic and creative instincts and proven project delivery capability. You understand how to bridge the gap between concept and execution, turning big ideas into real‑world experiences. You are organised, pragmatic and unflappable under pressure, and you know how to bring people and ideas together to deliver outstanding results.
This role requires flexibility. You will be expected to travel and be present on‑site for live builds, events, de‑rigs and client briefings, including evenings and weekends where necessary.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in production or project management within the events or experiential industry
Team leadership and senior client management skills
Proven record of managing full end‑to‑end project delivery
Strong understanding of event production workflows including build, AV, rigging, logistics and staffing
Demonstrated experience working with internal creative teams and external suppliers
Confident budget management and reconciliation skills
Preferable additions
- Full driving licence
- Render and CAD literacy (SketchUp, Vectorworks or AutoCAD)
- Experience with international builds or remote delivery
- Plant or machinery tickets (e.g. FLT, IPAF, PASMA)
