The Fine Print:

  • Pay: £20,277.53 per annum plus uncapped sales bonus opportunity
  • Location: Currys, Beckton. Ideally lives within a commutable distance to the store.
  • Vacancy Type: Permanent, part-time
  • Working pattern: Thursday to Sunday. Thurs - Sat 10:00 - 18:30 Sun 11:00 - 17:00 (Including bank holidays)
  • Ideal start date: 24th August or end of September

About the role:

Our dynamic LG Team represents the innovative technology within Media Solutions (TV's & Soundbars). You will be responsible for professionally representing LG Media Solutions product range within a retail environment. As an LG Sales Demonstrator, you will need to fully understand and communicate the features and benefits of the LG products, helping to promote and support LG’s retail objectives. You will be required to work weekends, bank holidays and over peak periods as determined by the business. You will drive sales by demonstrating products to consumers, increasing awareness, and influencing how they experience the world of innovative technology.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop your individual stores LG business by building a strong, influential, collaborative business relationship with store management and staff.
  • Increase brand advocacy, through relationships, LG presence and display & compliance.
  • Communicate the client’s key messages to all members of staff and customers.
  • Actively approach customers, understanding their needs through passionate and informative engagement.
  • Demonstrate the product range; features and benefits allowing potential customers to experience the LG products themselves.
  • Attend team meetings and training sessions as required regionally/nationally @ HQ/online to remain an LG expert.
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge across relevant LG products.
  • Actively sell and demonstrate LG products in store, meeting all required targets by the client and Retail Marketing Group.
  • Carry out store specific objectives as directed by the client where appropriate.
  • Be an ambassador for LG, representing the client and Retail Marketing, adhering to expectations including uniform policy.

  • Strong interest in technology, particularly LG products, and agility at learning new products and features.
  • Well presented, confident, reliable, and highly motivated and drive to increase sales.
  • Must be willing to work bank holidays.
