As a Receptionist & Membership Associate at Purple Dragon Chelsea, you'll play a vital role in bringing our vision to life. You're the guardian of our members' happiness and the key to creating seamless, worry-free experiences. Your mission is to make every family's visit unforgettable, including tracking our new members' journey with us and helping organise magical birthday parties.
- Welcome Heroes: Greet our members and visitors, following our impeccable Standards of Service. Effortlessly manage club access and check-in/check-out members.
- Solve Mysteries: Respond to inquiries and concerns, ensuring everyone abides by our Club's Terms & Conditions.
- Master of Messages: Handle bookings, appointments, messages, calls, and emails.
- Membership Marvel: Lead our members on an enchanting journey, from beginning to end. Handle service-related matters.
- Counting Coins: Safeguard the reception till and follow all processes to manage transactions.
Skills & Experience Needed:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of work experience as a Receptionist, Reservations, Sales, or Memberships associate in a 5-star hotel, Members Club, upscale Education, Hospitality, or Retail setting (essential).
- Tech: Practical knowledge of Reception Software, Policies, and Procedures (desired). The ability to use and an eagerness to learn how to use our system and understand our unique procedures are crucial for success in this role.
- Language: Multilingual with Arabic as a first or second language preferred.

Job Specifics:
- Base salary up to £27,706 per annum, based on 36 hours per week.
- A weekly pattern of 4 days, including weekends (4 x 9-hour shifts).

- The club opens at 9.30 am and closes at 7 pm, so no early or late shifts are required. We also rest between Christmas and New Year's Day.
