We’re looking for a proactive and organised Planting Installations & Projects Lead to help grow our plant installation and maintenance services. This is a varied role that blends project coordination, client management, and hands‑on involvement with plants. You’ll be the first point of contact for new enquiries, prepare proposals in line with our signature planting style, and oversee projects from planning to completion. Alongside installations, you’ll nurture long‑term client relationships, coordinate maintenance schedules, and help us deliver exceptional service at every step.

We’re a small but growing team, so this role is perfect for someone adaptable, who enjoys variety, and isn’t afraid to get stuck in, whether that’s attending installations, supporting clients with bespoke requests, or lending a hand in stores during busy periods. This is a unique chance to be at the forefront of a growing division at The Nunhead Gardener. As our plant services expand, you’ll have the opportunity to step into a more senior role with greater responsibility for client management, team leadership, and business development.

What you’ll do

  • Manage client enquiries and prepare tailored proposals
  • Oversee installations from design and procurement to on‑site delivery
  • Support and schedule plant maintenance services
  • Work with the Marketing team to promote our plant services
  • Jump in to support across the business when needed (e.g. Christmas trading, special projects)

About you

  • Strong project coordination and organisational skills
  • Great communicator with a warm, professional approach
  • Confident working with clients and building trusted relationships
  • A good eye for design, with a love of plants and green spaces
  • Adaptable, hands‑on, and keen to grow with a business
