We are seeking a Plant Installation & Logistics Technician to join our growing London-based horticulture team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with experience in plant installations, landscaping, garden projects, or horticulture, combined with driving and logistics responsibilities. You will deliver high-quality interior and exterior plant installations, transport plants and materials across London, and support project delivery from start to finish.
- Plant Installation & Landscaping
- Carry out plant installations for residential and commercial clients
- Follow design layouts and planting plans
- Ensure professional finishes (soil, mulching, dressing, watering)
- Maintain clean, safe, and organised workspaces
- Driving & Logistics
- Drive company vans for plant deliveries and installations across London
- Transport plants, tools, and materials between sites
- Support warehouse logistics and stock movement
- Assist with seasonal deliveries (e.g. Christmas trees)
- Project & Team Support
- Assist with installation project coordination
- Prepare tools, plants, and materials for jobs
- Support and guide team members on site
- Customer Service
- Deliver excellent client experience during installations
- Provide basic plant care and aftercare advice
- Represent a premium horticulture brand professionally
Requirements
- Experience in horticulture, landscaping, garden design, or plant installations (preferred)
- Knowledge of plants, planting techniques, and plant care
- Full, clean UK driving licence (essential)
