Through compelling content, engaging organic social media, and impactful communications, you’ll help bring our communities to life, creating experiences that make our residents feel informed, valued, and connected.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging resident communications that inform, inspire, and encourage participation across our portfolio of assets.
- Bring our communities to life through compelling storytelling, resident spotlights, property updates, and lifestyle content.
- Own and manage content calendars, ensuring communications remain fresh, relevant, and engaging.
- Champion CompassRock’s overall brand, as well as the individual brand identities and tone of voice for each asset.
- Create and manage engaging social media content that sparks conversations, encourages interaction, and strengthens community connections.
- Produce creative content across multiple formats, including copy, imagery, video, and short-form digital content.
- Identify and capture stories happening within our communities, turning resident experiences into engaging marketing content.
- Partner with the Events Team to build excitement around resident events, activations, and community initiatives.
- Create campaigns that drive attendance, participation, and resident advocacy.
- Help create a sense of belonging across our communities through engaging and meaningful communications.
- Own the delivery of targeted and personalised resident communication programmes through HubSpot.
- Monitor campaign performance and resident engagement across social media, email, and communication channels.
- Use data, insights, and resident feedback to continually improve content and campaign effectiveness.
Skills & Experience
- Is a native in marcomms and engagement, organic social media platforms, and content creation.
- Has a proven ability to create engaging content and tell compelling stories.
- Understands how to build audiences, create engagement, and foster communities through communications.
- Has hands-on experience with CRM and marketing/social automation platforms, particularly HubSpot.
- Has hands-on experience creating visual content using tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Understands the principles of audience segmentation, customer journeys, and how to create communications that resonate with different demographics and personas.
- Appreciates the importance of brand consistency and can confidently work within a defined tone of voice.
- Is comfortable using data and insights to inform decisions and improve campaign performance.
- Is highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
