WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for an organised and customer-focused individual with essential office experience, who can multitask effectively and work confidently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to build positive working relationships with both engineers and customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing office support to field-based engineers
- Planning and dispatching customer appointment bookings
- Establishing excellent working relationships with engineering staff and assisting with queries
- Delivering a high level of customer service and communication, ensuring all information requests are handled in a timely manner
- Liaising with customers and clients
- Answering a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Updating the CRM system with task progress and completion details
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Good organisational skills
