We are seeking a proactive and solutions-oriented professional to lead cross-functional operational excellence across our network of physical clinics as well as digital telemedicine business. This role goes beyond support; it is about building scalable systems, identifying recurring issues, and independently driving improvements through data-led decision making, regular reporting, and stakeholder alignment. The Business Support Lead will act as the key interface between all stakeholders and central functions while implementing prioritisation frameworks, workflows, and service standards that enhance experience and efficiency.
The Role
- Serve as the operational lead for Zenoti, owning the relationship and driving improvements and training across sites.
- Act as the conduit between clinics and Customer Support, Telemeds, Marketing, and Warehouse/Stock teams to ensure aligned communication and process efficiency.
- Collaborate with Marketing on new product launches and promotions, tracking rollout success and operational feedback.
- Complete clinical audits on behalf of Clinical Operations across owned and franchise estate to identify risks and trends, then support stakeholders to deliver remedial actions and any robust processes required for the longer term.
- Responsible for and to support the Clinic Coordinator to support their key business functions: Optimise the Clinic Support and Help inboxes, proactively resolving issues raised by clinic teams and driving long-term solutions.
- Lead the resolution of clinic-related customer complaints, working through Clinic Managers/Teams, ensuring systemic issues are tracked and resolved.
- Managing clinic schedules and absence, optimising utilisation and workforce.
- Act as the key liaison between clinics and external manufacturers or contractors to ensure operational issues are resolved efficiently, while also setting up, verifying, and approving clinical contracts and associated costs to maintain seamless clinic functionality.
