The Role

We are looking for a Logistics Administrator to come and join the Pembrokeshire Creamery Ltd (PCL) team where you will be based at our state‑of‑the‑art bottling factory in Haverfordwest working as part of a close team all striving towards the same ambition. As a Logistics Administrator you will be a key player in the distribution and logistics team, providing great customer service to all drivers attending site as well as dealing with any enquiries received relating to order processing and timely delivery of product into customers. You’ll be naturally friendly and want to get stuck in, working with the team to deliver great results. You’ll have an enthusiastic approach and be a team player with the ability to follow instructions.

You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Oversee all supply chain administration requirements
  • Liaise with stores and depots to provide order updates and to ensure optimised delivery slots are agreed
  • Complete all transport documentation such as proof of delivery, site booking forms and movement orders
  • Provide traceability of trolleys including documentation for audit purposes
  • Work closely with the finance department to provide updates, credits and changes to orders to ensure accurate invoicing
  • Use customer specific order processing software for compliance
  • Work closely with the National Account Manager to manage customer expectations

What you’ll bring to the role

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a logistics or supply/order processing background desirable
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing great customer service
  • Experience using Sage200 advantageous
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to challenging priorities

Please note weekend availability is essential for this role.
