The Role
As a Field Sales Consultant in our Metal Division, you’ll manage your own territory, build strong customer relationships, and promote our extensive, industry-leading product range. You’ll work across market sectors including:
- Metal Fabrication
- Hospitality (Hotels & Shopfitters)
You’ll be fully supported with comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and a team that wants you to succeed. This is a fast-paced, results-driven role where your effort directly impacts your earnings and career progression.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing new business opportunities and growing your territory
- Managing and nurturing existing customer relationships
- Using sales systems to track performance and activity
- Overcoming objections and consistently achieving — or exceeding — targets
