What You’ll Be Doing

  • Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes to established standards.
  • Supporting kitchen teams with service, prep, and cleaning tasks.
  • Maintaining excellent food hygiene, safety, and organisation at all times.
  • Adapting quickly to new environments and contributing positively to the team.
  • Collaborating with business owners and chefs to deliver consistent, high-quality service.

Kitchen Roles

  • Kitchen Porter – Support chefs with basic prep, maintain cleanliness and hygiene, manage dishwashing areas, and assist in keeping the kitchen organised.
  • Sous Chef – Lead kitchen teams, deputise for the Head Chef, manage orders, and uphold food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Head Chef – Oversee all kitchen operations including rotas, stock control, ordering, compliance, and staff management.

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 2 Food Hygiene and Allergen Awareness certificates (minimum).
  • Reliable, adaptable, and professional approach.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A DBS check is desirable but not essential.
