The role
Aire is on the lookout for a Senior Account Manager who is ready to lead by example, delight our clients and drive exceptional delivery every single day. Reporting directly to the Account Director, you will own client relationships, manage account finances and mentor your team to achieve true excellence. You will need to think strategically while keeping a firm grip on the daily critical paths, budgets and milestones.
Your day-to-day will involve:
- Working with senior management to build strategic account plans that retain and grow client relationships
- Managing and driving client finances, budgets and retainers
- Line managing, coaching and developing your team
- Writing best in class briefs and coordinating major project launches or initiatives
- Championing continual improvement by mapping out efficient processes and building end-to-end documentation
- Gaining a thorough understanding of the full Aire offering—including Design, Point of sale, Packaging, Production, Tech, Colour and CGI
- Overseeing commercial compliance, from obtaining purchase orders before work begins to supporting month end invoicing

To be an ideal candidate, you will need:
- A proven track record of marketing experience managing client accounts within an agency or fast moving consumer goods service environment
- Strong leadership and people management experience, with a knack for motivating and managing teams
- Absolute confidence in managing client relationships with clear, unambiguous communication
- Solid commercial acumen with experience tracking budgets and driving team profitability
- Exposure to full campaign management from end to end, with the ability to present confidently across packaging, point of sale and ecommerce channels
- An understanding of database systems, technology and general IT literacy
- The foresight to manage complex critical paths and multiple projects simultaneously
