Join the Aire Crew as an Intelligent Solutions Specialist. You will help bridge the gap between creative concepts and technical execution. Our solutions liberate global brands from the chaos, complexity and compromise of archaic models. In this role, you will support the delivery of technology-driven solutions that systemise brand governance and make the Design-to-Shelf journey automated and highly efficient.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Supporting the implementation and maintenance of intelligent technology solutions across client accounts.
- Managing project workflows to ensure all deliverables are on time, on brief and on brand.
- Collaborating with our Design, Develop and Deliver teams to integrate The Aire Way into daily production tasks.
- Assisting in the creation and upkeep of intelligent templates, active brand system documents and asset libraries.
- Monitoring data and system performance to help identify opportunities for further automation.
- Providing clear and unambiguous communication to internal stakeholders regarding project status and technical requirements.
- Supporting the quality control process to ensure all outputs meet technical specifications and brand guidelines.
- Troubleshooting technical challenges within the studio, proposing smart solutions to reduce rework.
- Ensuring all files and data follow established naming conventions and archiving protocols.
- Contributing to a positive, hardworking team culture focused on continuous learning and smart thinking.
Qualifications:
- A proven track record managing one or more client accounts or contracts within an agency or service-led environment.
- An understanding of end-to-end campaign management and the ability to demonstrate results effectively across Packaging, Point of Sale and digital channels.
- Strong project management capability paired with a natural curiosity for how database systems and marketing technology platforms can improve workflows.
- Highly skilled at prioritising high volumes of work, maintaining consistent file structures, and delivering accurate, technically sound solutions.
- Sound IT literacy across standard office, project management, and creative software suites.
