Join the Aire Crew for a journey like no other. As an Aire Crew member, you are joining a team of the very best. We have a fantastic attitude towards learning and making stuff happen—we are changing the world! We intelligently revolutionise consumer goods companies' Design-to-Shelf journeys by systemising their brand governance. Our solutions liberate brands from the chaos, complexity and compromise prevalent in conventional, archaic models. By joining us, you will help global brands achieve clarity, consistency and confidence at speed. We're owning and driving the Design-to-Shelf Intelligence Revolution, and we need a bold, experienced leader to spearhead our digital asset capabilities.
The role: As the Head of Visualisation (CGI), you will take on a pivotal senior management role, holding absolute accountability for the operational excellence, creative quality and technical precision of our entire CGI and Visualisation team. Overseeing The Aire Way end-to-end process (Design, Develop, Deliver) as it relates to digital assets, you will lead everything from initial creative CGI output to the delivery of technical, production-ready GS1 assets. Partnering closely with our other internal "Heads of," you will ensure our digital shelf outputs provide unrivalled clarity, consistency and confidence at speed.
Your day-to-day will involve:
- Providing accountable leadership for the Visualisation team, ensuring day-to-day CGI and GS1 asset production meets high-quality standards and delights our clients.
- Managing, mentoring and inspiring a multidisciplinary team of Senior, Mid-weight and Junior Visualisation Specialists.
- Monitoring capacity management, lead resource planning and orchestrating weekly planning meetings.
- Collaborating with the Global Operations team to unlock workflow efficiencies, refine CGI production and elevate quality control measures.
- Ensuring a fluid transition of assets from initial creative design through to the technical "Deliver" phases, keeping outputs optimised and colour-consistent for downstream production and GS1 compliance.
- Acting as Aire Global's subject matter expert on the future of CGI and the Digital Shelf, keeping us ahead of industry trends.
- Tracking, defining and delivering team Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) that keep our momentum moving forward.
About you: What you'll bring to the crew: We are looking for an industrious, visionary leader who isn't afraid to solve the problems others avoid. You are a straightforward, confident communicator who can articulate complex technical decisions to stakeholders and global clients with ease. You marry expert-level creative craft with a sharp commercial mindset, comfortably managing team metrics and utilisation. Beyond your technical brilliance, you have a genuine passion for people. You excel at building a high-performance culture, mentoring creative talent and actively driving personal development plans to help your crew thrive.
To be an ideal candidate, you will need:
- Extensive experience in a senior CGI leadership role within an agency or consumer packaged goods (CPG/FMCG) environment.
- Deep technical knowledge of CGI workflows, 3D visualisation, digital shelf requirements (MRHIs/Secondary Content) and GS1 asset standards.
- A strong understanding of brand architecture and how digital assets integrate into broader physical packaging and POSM strategies.
- Expert-level proficiency in Cinema 4D and the Adobe Creative Suite (exposure to other 3D software is a distinct advantage).
- A proven track record in operational reporting, managing commercial metrics (like team billable hours and timesheet efficiency) and managing recruitment pipelines.
- A degree-level certification in a design or CGI-related discipline, or equivalent heavyweight industry experience.
- An outstanding portfolio demonstrating expert-level craft and strategic thinking.
