About the Role

We are looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a beautiful country estate hotel in Leeds. Working alongside an experienced and creative Head Chef, you'll take responsibility for running your own section while producing high-quality dishes using fresh ingredients. Key Responsibilities

  • Run your own kitchen section during preparation and service
  • Prepare and cook dishes to consistently high standards
  • Maintain excellent presentation and portion control
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times
  • Manage mise en place and daily preparation
  • Support and mentor junior members of the kitchen team
  • Assist with stock control and minimise waste
  • Work closely with the wider brigade to deliver smooth service
  • Contribute ideas towards menu development and seasonal specials

  • Minimum two years' experience in a Chef de Partie or similar role
