Join the Aire Crew for a journey like no other. As an Aire Crew member, you are joining a team of the very best. We have a fantastic attitude towards learning and making stuff happen—we have to, we are changing the world! We intelligently revolutionise consumer goods companies' Design-to-Shelf journeys by systemising their brand governance. Our solutions liberate brands from the chaos, complexity and compromise prevalent in conventional, archaic models. By joining us, you will help global brands achieve clarity, consistency and confidence at speed.

The role involves turning creative ideas into production-ready artwork across print, digital, packaging and point of sale channels. This isn't just about drawing layouts; it's about accurately executing concepts while maintaining brand integrity and meeting strict technical and quality standards. Working closely with our Design, Deliver and Automation teams, your technical expertise will ensure efficient, high-quality output in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects.

Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Converting creative concepts into fully developed, production-ready artwork that complies with active brand system guidelines and technical specifications.
  • Creating and refining active brand system documents and templates for Aire Way clients.
  • Ensuring artwork meets print and digital technical standards, including typography, colour accuracy, layout precision and pre-press requirements.
  • Collaborating with Automation Specialists to enhance workflow efficiency and ensure artwork is build-compatible.
  • Building full technical drawing layouts with precision, ensuring all elements follow brand, structural and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintaining high levels of build consistency across ranges, variants and markets.

About you: What you'll bring to the crew. We're looking for someone who knows their stuff when it comes to print. You'll have a deep, technical knowledge of all print processes and the entire journey—from trapping and colour separations to managing ink coverage and minimum dots. You don't just understand pre-press; you live it. Beyond the technical, you'll need to be self-motivated with a genuine passion for what you do. We value clear, straightforward communication and the drive to keep pushing forward. If you're industrious, curious and ready to earn trust every day, you'll fit right in.

To be an ideal candidate, you will need:

  • Experience in artwork creation, packaging, point of sale or creative production environments.
  • A proven track record building production-ready artwork across multiple pack formats for FMCG or global brands.
  • High-level Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop proficiency.
  • A strong understanding of technical drawings, structural packaging constraints and variant expansion.
  • Excellent knowledge of design systems, brand architecture and repro requirements.
  • The ability to manage multiple deadlines and work with high volumes of variants while maintaining accuracy.
