We are seeking a talented and motivated Sous Chef to support the leadership of a busy kitchen team and help deliver exceptional dining experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations and service
- Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff
- Assist with menu planning and seasonal dish development
- Ensure all food preparation meets quality, presentation, and hygiene standards
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies
- Work collaboratively with front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service
- Respond professionally to customer feedback where required
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods with cooking and plating
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or in a senior kitchen supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
