Youwill be at the front line of our dynamic business responsible for maintainingthe growth of new and existing customers.

Growing our customer relationships byactively seeking new opportunities and taking enquires over the phone andemail.

Arranging stock and logistics whilst giving our customer the bestcustomer service experience.

Upselling the end-to-end service of Think Hire, while managing the customer journey from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managecustomer enquiries in a professional and timely manner ensuring that you alwaysmaintain an excellent standard of customer service.
  • Developstrong customer working relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Createenergy quotes, hire and sales contracts in line with the customer enquiry.
  • Workingwith Operations, ensure we have asset and transport availability to ensure wedeliver a ‘right-first-time’ customer experience.
  • Process offhires and arrange transport whilst communicating with the customer.
  • Work withour approved supply chain to fulfil quotes and orders whilst maintaining agreedmargins and profitability.
  • Achieveagreed conversion rates from quotation to order by ensuring that all enquiriesare promptly followed through.

When required, ensure all energy quotations arefollowed up with a courtesy phone call to answer any further questions orrequirements that the customer may have regarding their energy proposal.

  • Ensure thatinternal communication is clear across all relevant departments, in particularthe Operational delivery team with factual and transparent instruction oncustomer requirements.
  • Co-ordinatewith the sales team on dormant or lapsed opportunities. Whilst also activelyseeking new business prospects.
  • Liaise withthe sales team, to ensure all new and existing customer opportunities arefollowed through effectively and manage the end-to-end process.
  • Support thesales team with customer quotations and proposals and additional marketing whenrequired.
  • Manage aselected number of clients on a portfolio and achieve growth targets.
  • Followcompany policies and procedures relating to the hire desk process.
