Therapeutic Care is a residential childcare provider based in Lancashire. At our core, we believe in supporting our teams through learning and development to be able to deliver high quality care with a therapeutic approach to children and young people, inspire confidence and help them reach their potential.
We are currently seeking reliable, motivated and energetic Night Practitioners to join our small team in Kendal. As a Night Practitioner, you will provide high quality care to children and young people in our services using an integrated therapeutic approach. We are looking for transferable skills, so no qualifications or experience are required as we provide full training to support you in your role!
- Job Types: Full-time (35 hours per week), Permanent
- Working hours: 10pm to 8am
- Shift Pattern: 3 on 3 off rolling shift pattern

Additional pay: Overtime paid at £1 extra
It is a requirement that the postholder remains awake at all times to carry out duties within the Home and to be able to respond to the needs of the young people in residence at all times. This post is exempt under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
