Role Overview
The Cardo Group are currently recruiting for a Parts Co‑Ordinator based in the Keith, Moray area. The role will be working with Heat Care Oil & Gas Ltd (A Cardo Group company). The Parts Co‑Ordinator is responsible for sourcing, ordering, and managing the stock of parts, tools, and materials needed to support maintenance operations across residential or commercial properties. This role ensures that maintenance teams have the correct supplies readily available to carry out repairs and renovations efficiently and cost-effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Raising purchase orders on our bespoke system
- Negotiating with suppliers to ensure we are receiving competitive rates
- Telephone and email correspondence with clients, customers and suppliers
- Prepare quotes for follow on works
Skills and Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5pm with the requirement to work a late shift between 9.30am and 7pm on a rota basis.
