The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for a Chef de Partie or Pastry Chef looking to progress into a high-performing 3 Rosette kitchen. Whether you are an experienced Chef de Partie or a talented Pastry Chef, this role offers exposure to fine dining and high-end event catering at an exceptional level. You will be working as a Snr Chef de Partie or Pastry Chef within a close-knit, supportive team that values collaboration, consistency, and precision cooking using the finest seasonal ingredients. As an independently owned venue, there is genuine investment in the kitchen, equipment, and most importantly the people. The kitchen team is passionate, friendly, and stable, with very low staff turnover. Every team member is encouraged to contribute ideas, help develop menus, and grow within the brigade while maintaining outstanding standards across both restaurant and wedding service.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie or Pastry Chef in at least a 1 Rosette establishment
- A motivated Chef de Partie or Pastry Chef eager to develop skills and progress in a 3 Rosette environment
- A strong team player with a humble, no-ego attitude
- A genuine passion for fresh, clean, seasonal produce
