We offer flexible scheduling and will provide shifts in advance; however, successful candidates must be willing to work flexibly to meet the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and peak trading periods.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Deliver professional manicures, pedicures, BIAB, gel polish, nail enhancements, and nail art services to the highest standard.
- Provide exceptional customer service and personalised client consultations.
- Maintain impeccable hygiene, cleanliness, and salon standards.
- Build strong client relationships that encourage loyalty and repeat bookings.
- Work collaboratively with a supportive and professional team.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, techniques, and products.
What We're Looking For:
- NVQ/VTCT Level 2 (or higher) in Beauty Therapy or Nail Technology.
- Previous experience as a Nail Technician or Nail Artist.
- Excellent technical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- A positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
- Ambition to develop and progress within the business.
