Overview We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Person to join our team.
If you can offer solutions instead of create issues.
Find work arounds and be resourceful in solving maintenance issues.
Work as part of a team ensuring the customer is happy with results - on every occasion.

Duties
- Tiling and grouting and mastic/silicone work
- splashbacks and shower wall installation
- Painting, stain block and mold treatments
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all staff.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal client needs promptly and professionally.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on buildings and equipment.
- Address issues related to plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and general wear and tear
- Repair or replace fixtures such as lighting, locks, doors, windows, and flooring
- Conduct basic diagnostics to identify faults and determine appropriate solutions
- Prepare quotations detailing material and labour costs
- Offer solutions and advice to clients
- Leave each job in a clean, tidy and presentable state
