We are currently seeking a Customer Success Assistant with Kitchen and Bathroom experience to join our team based at our Head Office in Rotherwas, Hereford. Our customer success team is the face and the voice of our business when it comes to dealing with our customers. We are looking for energised and passionate individuals that thrive in a customer service environment.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with customers on projects where bathroom or kitchen solutions may be required, ensuring their needs are fully understood and addressed.
- Provide exceptional customer service over the telephone, resolving queries, providing quotes, and inputting orders.
- Process sales orders, resolve technical queries, and manage all customer interactions.
- Maintain accurate records using our bespoke Customer Service platform.
- Strive to achieve company key performance indicators.
- At least 12 months of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an office-based environment with large-volume telephone calls.
- Familiarity with bathrooms, kitchens, or bedrooms, and ability to match product solutions to customer needs.
- Excellent telephone manner, friendly disposition, and a strong desire to deliver excellent customer service.
- Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft packages.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Reliability and resourcefulness, with the ability to adapt to multiple demands.
