One Hatfield Hospital, part of Phoenix Hospital Group, is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales and Administration Manager to lead our patient administration and reception teams, ensuring an exceptional patient experience while driving operational excellence and business growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive leader with healthcare administration experience and a passion for customer service, team development, and sales performance.
You will play a pivotal role in overseeing patient administration services, improving processes, enhancing enquiry conversion rates, and supporting the hospital's strategic objectives. As Sales & Administration Manager, you will provide leadership across all patient administration functions, ensuring efficient, high-quality service delivery throughout the patient journey.
Hours: 37.5 hours Monday-Friday
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will:
- Lead and develop reception, bookings and administration teams
- Drive a proactive sales culture focused on converting enquiries into appointments
- Monitor and improve enquiry-to-booking conversion performance
- Analyse KPIs and implement initiatives to improve efficiency and revenue opportunities
- Ensure consistent administration processes and best practice across departments
- Manage staffing, workload allocation and team performance
- Support recruitment, training, appraisals and staff development
- Resolve customer service issues and oversee complaint resolution
- Collaborate with clinical, marketing and operational teams to enhance service delivery
- Contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the hospital
What We're Looking For:
