Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Radiology Assistant to join our Diagnostic Imaging team at One Hatfield Hospital, part of Phoenix Hospital Group.

This part-time, permanent role is essential for supporting radiologists in delivering high-quality patient care.

The successful candidate will assist in various radiological procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow and maintaining patient comfort and safety throughout their experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist radiologists in performing diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs.
  • Prepare patients for examinations by explaining procedures and ensuring their comfort.
  • Maintain and operate radiological equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Manage patient records and documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the radiology department.
  • Assist in the scheduling of patient appointments and follow-up procedures.
