The Role

As Graphic Designer, you will play a key role supporting the sales teams with the creation of high-quality, client-facing proposal and pitch materials. You will be responsible for producing visually compelling content across pitch decks, case studies, corporate literature, brochures, and both print and digital media. This is a fast-paced, creative role where you will be expected to deliver exceptional design output, often working to tight deadlines while maintaining consistently high standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Produce high-quality client proposals and pitch presentations
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop engaging pitch deck materials
  • Create and coordinate case studies, brochures, and corporate literature
  • Design and develop print and digital marketing assets
  • Support brand development and wider design projects
  • Ensure all materials are accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand standards
  • Respond quickly to briefs and manage competing deadlines effectively
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver client-facing materials

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree or qualification in Graphic Design or related discipline
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience working with corporate literature or client-facing design
  • Strong creative portfolio demonstrating high-quality design work
  • Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Experience producing pitch documents, proposals, and case studies
  • Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
  • Confident communicator and collaborative team player
  • Prezi experience desirable
  • Flash, HTML, Premiere or After Effects advantageous
