We’re looking for bubbly, positive, customer-focused sales pros to join our fast-growing Member Experience Team at Team RH HQ in Gateshead. This isn’t your standard customer service gig. You’ll be guiding, supporting, and empowering our members as they use the Team RH Plan and App to achieve long-term fat loss and improved health. You’ll also be spotting sales opportunities and promoting our products, all through digital conversations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build genuine rapport with members and provide personalised advice
  • Promote products and services where appropriate
  • Proactively spot issues and suggest solutions
  • Keep members engaged, motivated, and on track with their goals
  • Offer lower-level coaching and plan guidance based on each member’s profile
  • Support ongoing member success and retention

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years’ customer sales experience (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Confidence using digital platforms (DMs, chat, voice notes)
  • A sharp, sales-savvy mindset
  • The ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy and clarity
  • A passion for helping others improve their health and achieve personal goals
  • Strong multitasking and time management in a fast-paced environment
