Salary: £23,132 + bonus on average £300-600 per month

Join Our Team as a First Response Agent

Are you an experienced First Response or Call Centre professional with a strong background in sales or frontline support—ideally within a law firm environment? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. In this role, you’ll deliver outstanding service to both internal and external prospective clients while converting marketing‑generated leads into new clients. Full training will be provided to support you in all aspects of the role.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Contact clients using our dialler system and guide them through a set of qualifying questions to assess whether we can help with their claim.
  • If eligible, explain the claims process, walk them through funding options, and ensure initial client care documents are signed.
  • Pass the client to our Solicitor teams to progress their case.
  • The role includes a late shift every second or third week, working 11:00–19:00 on Wednesdays.

Requirements

  • 1 year of call centre experience is essential.
  • Background in sales or outbound calling highly desirable.
  • A customer‑focused attitude and willingness to serve customers.
  • Excellent Verbal and Vocal Skills.
  • Exceptional listening, questioning, and call control techniques.
  • Ability to accurately and efficiently process information and tasks.
  • An understanding of customer needs, company products and services, and general knowledge.
  • Aptitude to handling challenging telephone call situations.
  • Ability to explain, recommend and persuade.
  • Computer and telephone system application skills.
  • Previous experience of working in a call is preferred.
