The Role
As a Field Sales Consultant in our Auto& Cargo Division,you’ll manage your own territory, build strong customer relationships, andpromote our extensive, industry-leading product range. You’ll workacross market sectors including:
- MOTGarages
- CarDealerships
- CommercialVehicle Workshops
You’ll be fully supported with comprehensive training,ongoing coaching, and a team that wants you to succeed. This is a fast-paced, results-driven role where your effort directly impacts yourearnings and career progression.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Developingnew business opportunities and growing your territory
- Managingand nurturing existing customer relationships
- Usingsales systems to track performance and activity
- Overcomingobjections and consistently achieving — or exceeding — targets
What We’re Looking For
- Aself-motivated, target-driven individual who thrives working independently
- Strongcommunication and relationship-building skills
- Aproactive, resilient attitude with a passion for sales
- Confidenceto think on your feet and adapt to customer needs
- Willingnessto learn — full product training is provided
- Experiencemeeting or exceeding sales targets
- FullUK driving licence
What You’ll Get in Return
- £24,000 basic salary with minimumguaranteed earnings of £27,300 with OTE of £33,731
- Uncapped commission on all sales
