Mezzino is seeking a Maintenance Operative to ensure our properties are well-maintained, safe, and clean for residents. You will carry out general maintenance, repairs and inspections while supporting the site team to deliver excellent customer service.
In particular you will ensure tests and checks are logged and maintenance items inspected, repaired and logged. A full-time role, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, with responsibilities across building fabric, safety, and grounds.
