The successful employee will support the Maintenance Manager and housekeeping team with the ongoing maintenance and cleanliness of a premier Build-to-Rent (BTR), with a key focus on delivering excellent customer service to residents.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards across both cleaning and light maintenance duties while delivering excellent customer service to residents.

The role will support the day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring communal areas, apartments, and external spaces are maintained to an exceptional standard.

The successful applicant will work closely with the onsite management and maintenance teams to create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents throughout all aspects of the tenancy lifecycle.

If not already completed, the candidate will be required to undergo Fire Safety training.
