We are currently recruiting a part‑time Support Worker/Care Assistant to join our friendly and dedicated team at Winfrid House in Totton. Whether you are experienced in care or looking to start a rewarding career in health and social care, we would love to hear from you. Full training is provided and guaranteed hours may be available.

Shift Patterns Available:

  • Morning shifts: 07:00 – 14:00
  • Evening shifts: 16:00 – 21:00
  • Long day shifts (07:00 to 21:00 with a 1‑hour break)
  • Rota‑based work with alternate weekend availability required

About the Role – Support Worker / Care Assistant:

As a Support Worker within our Extra Care Scheme, you will provide person‑centred care and support to individuals living in their own self‑contained apartments. Your role will help people maintain independence, dignity, and choice while promoting wellbeing and community engagement.
