Reporting to the Creative Director, Experiential 3D Designers, you will drive client briefs and develop creative concepts and designs for experiential projects across technology, fashion, and drinks sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative concepts and designs for a variety of experiential and event projects.
  • Work to briefs to offer creative solutions.
  • Collaborate with the client team to understand their vision and objectives, ensuring designs align with brand and goals.
  • Support the Technical Design team to translate concepts into technical drawings and specifications for fabrication.
  • Liaise with project managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
  • Stay updated on digital design trends, software, and techniques.
  • Assist colleagues with presentations and internal documents to maintain internal house styles.
  • Manage multiple priorities and workload effectively.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in a creative 3D design role, preferably in experiential events, marketing, or retail industries.
  • Passion for brand experience and event design, able to translate into creative themes and concepts.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), SketchUp, TwinMotion/Vray/Enscape; preference for Vectorworks, Fusion.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and spatial design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative design projects.
  • Knowledge of fabrication processes, materials, and production techniques.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and organise workload.
  • Flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks.
