Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and creative Entry-level Marketing Assistant to support the day-to-day execution of marketing activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career marketer looking to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media and brand marketing. The Marketing Assistant will provide support across multiple marketing channels, helping ensure projects are delivered efficiently while contributing to the growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Marketing & Campaign Support
    • Assist in creating and scheduling social media content across platforms.
    • Maintain and update the social media content calendar.
    • Support the creation of marketing visuals and promotional content.
    • Assist with the preparation and distribution of newsletters.
    • Assist in coordinating photoshoots and video shoots.
    • Assist with blog uploads and content formatting.
    • Assist with maintaining product catalogues.
    • Ensure product imagery and information are accurate and up to date.
    • Support product launches and promotional campaigns.
  • Market Research & Reporting
    • Research jewellery industry trends, competitor activity and gather market insights.
    • Support monthly marketing reporting and performance analysis.
  • Administrative & Operational Support
    • Liaise with external suppliers where required.
    • Organise marketing assets and maintain the jewellery media library.
    • Maintain marketing files, assets, and documentation.
    • Support ad hoc and business initiatives.

Skills & Experience

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
  • 0-1 Year of marketing experience in-house or agency.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling tools.
  • Basic understanding of email marketing platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
